Q. Where are you based?
A. We are based in Cambridge England.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. For now we ship is to UK addresses only (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland)
but hope to proceed to international shipping as our business grows.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. We only use Royal Mail (Signed For) to send our deliveries, which doesn’t offer tracking.

Q. Is the site safe?
A. Keeping your personal details safe and secure is of great importance to us. Our website
incorporates all the standard security measures to give you peace of mind.
Q. Are your products Organic?
A. The majority of ingredients we use are 99% organic and we ensure that suppliers we
purchase from provide proof of this. We use only plant-based and vegan-friendly
ingredients that do not involve testing on animals.
The Organic and Vegan certification process is expensive and as a young business isn’t cost
effective for us at present. We plan to register for formal certification once the business
grows.
Q. Do you use fragrance oil in your products?
A. Fragrance oils are synthetic with chemicals. Though they may smell lovely, they do not
contain any health benefits. We only use organic essential oils as our aim is to offer body
care products to help boost the health of your skin.
Q. Are your containers and packaging recyclable?
A. Our jars are recyclable. The screw-caps with the white disc liner that keep products
airtight and fresh are harder to recycle. Rest assured we continue to search for alternative
and effective caps that will still complement the jars.
The bottle with the spray atomiser and dip tubes are fully recyclable as well as all labels on
the jars/bottles.
We seal all our packages with brown recycled paper tape.
Boxes and wrappings are also recyclable. We re-use packaging from our suppliers to
minimize waste. You can reuse, recycle or simply compost them.
Q. Are the products handmade?
A. Yes. All our skincare products are handmade in small batches to retain maximum
freshness and benefit for your skin.

Q. Can your products be used on all skin types?
A. Yes, we formulate our skin products for all skin types. However, it is always best to test
any new product on a small patch of skin first. If the unlikely event that any irritation
occurs, we’d advise you to stop using and consult a medical professional.
